Together, the new visual operating concept, intelligent cooking and efficient food production control make the new combination oven a top equipment that further enhances kitchen profitability, increases chefs’ creativity and effectively reduces stress during the busiest times of the kitchen. The new iCombi Pro knows the desired result and adjusts humidity, airflow and temperature automatically, and of course regardless of the amount of filling. If you want to adjust the end result or time, maybe add new products during cooking, this too works.

You can easily cook or finish several dishes at the same time. Depending on the situation, you can choose whether to optimise the fastest cooking time or the lowest energy consumption. The end result always convinces you.

Renewed superfast automatic washing

There has also been a new revolution in the cleaning of the combi oven. In the middle of a busy day, you can clean the oven with a new quick wash program in up to 12 minutes. Only the new iCombi Pro can do this. You need this when you switch from, for example, vigorous grilling to gentle steam cooking. Basic cleaning can be done overnight. The oven control technology monitors the need for cleaning and can thus tell the degree of soiling and recommend the most suitable washing program. This saves working time and optimises the consumption of water, energy and washing chemicals. With the new Eco cleaning program, you can achieve up to 50% detergent savings compared to previous models.
